Team Members are responsible to craft and deliver menu items with consistency and care. They look for ways to serve customers and teammates well. Basic Responsibilities
Serve customers with personalized attention: Greet customers promptly, make recommendations, engage conversation, show hospitality, and handle every order with urgency and accuracy.
Demonstrate a commitment to learn barista and culinary skills
Consistently follow recipes and procedures
Receive orders by phone, in-person and online
Deliver orders promptly and accurately
Stay informed of product offerings, process changes and promotions
Restock and complete prep work according to checklists
Receive inventory orders and stock shelves
Clean and support maintenance of equipment, smallwares, workspaces and guest spaces

Practical requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to lift and carry up to 40lbs
Experience requirements
Barista or other service experience is desirable, but not required
Experience working on a team is preferred
Minimum 1 year work experience OR consistent volunteer responsibility (any area) is required
