How much does it cost to rent the lower level?

  • Monday-Friday- $50 (3 Hour Block)

  • Saturdays - $150 (3 Hour Block). 

Can I reserve the lower level for a recurring event?

Yes! Please call 300.977.7237 and we’ll be happy to help.

How many people can the lower level fit?

Up to to 30 comfortably.

Can Cellar Door accommodate larger parties than 35?

Yes, we can accommodate about 50 with a full facility rental. Please note our lower level accommodates approximately 30 while the main level accommodates approximately 20. We cannot accommodate 50 on a single level.

Can we bring decorations for the event?

Absolutely! Bring your own table coverings, centerpieces, and decorations.You are welcome to hang things on the walls providing they can be removed easily. Please note: any damage from decorations will be result in a fee of $20 (or total cost of repair if it exceeds $20). No tacks, nails, or small confetti please. 

What’s Cellar Door’s Cancellation Policy?

Payment is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the event, after which a 20% cancellation fee will apply. You can reschedule or cancel online up to 48 hours before the event. After that, please contact 330.977.7237. Please note: payment is non-refundable in the event of a no call/no show booking. 

Why do you require full payment up front?

To give you access to our most up-to-date availability and to keep things simple for the day of your event. Please note: Payments are  fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event. You can cancel or reschedule your event online up to 48 hours prior as well. 

What’s included in the Lower Level rental?

  • Seating for up to 30

  • Dedicated restroom, semi-private entrance

  • 6 folding tables. Please bring your own table coverings.

  • Existing layout (folding tables/chairs may be moved but couch may not be moved)

Can I rent the full facility?

Yes! Accommodates around 50 guests. Includes. private use of the entire coffee shop including Main and lower levels. This provides seating for around 50 people (across both levels). Semi-custom layouts are possible with prior arrangement (additional charges may apply). Ask about private espresso bar service! Please note we cannot accommodate 50 people on a single level.

Can we bring our own food for our event?

Yes, we allow certain arrangements so long as they are made with us well in advance. Contact us at 330.977.7237. Please keep in mind that our building is over 100 years old, so we must limit excessive use of electrical supply (i.e. multiple roasters, crockpots, etc). Please bring your own serve ware and utensils. If you have a cake - don't forget the lighter, candles, and cutting knife!

Can I bring my own coffee and coffee pots?

Don’t be silly, now. We’ve got the best!. :-)
